We need guidelines for the creative industry now

The debate (Who pays the artist?) was recently organized by Platform BK in The Netherlands. AFTER ALL EVERYONE GETS PAID EXCEPT THE ARTIST! To sum up the director, the cleaners, the curator and the guard in a museum get paid, but not the artist who is exhibiting his artwork. All in all in a museum or gallery the artist have to pay himself for his own opening reception and invitations!
